Using the CoEs as a Resource During Outbreak Investigations - November 15, 2017 1pm EST (11am MST)
The Integrated Food Safety Centers of Excellence (CoEs) are pleased to announce an upcoming webinar in their series exploring the range of available CoE tools and services that may be useful for partners at all levels of foodborne outbreak response.
The webinar, entitled Using the CoEs as a Resource During Outbreak Investigations, will be presented on November 15th at 1 pm EST (11am MST). Representatives from the Minnesota CoE and several states will discuss the ways in which they have used the CoEs as a resource in the investigation of recent foodborne outbreaks. Be sure to bring your questions about the practical aspects of foodborne outbreak investigation methods for the Twin Cities’ Malady Wizards!
The ongoing webinar series is scheduled for every other month (November 2017, January, March, and May 2018) and will include presentations on a variety of CoE resources and expertise that may be of assistance to state and local jurisdictions. In addition to showcasing some of the many resources the CoEs can provide, there will also be discussion of timely topics to help develop critical investigation skills.
